How long will it take to receive my order?

All stocked items will leave via UPS Ground the same day if ordered prior to 2:00 EST. Orders placed after 2:00 EST will leave the next business day. Please allow 3-5 days.

If I need it faster, can you help me?

Yes! But please contact us directly before placing your order.

Do you offer discounts for large volume orders?

Yes! Send us a list of the items you need and the quantities for each and we will send you back a quotation.

What if I don't see exactly what I need?

Indoff is a nationwide, full line office products dealer. If you don't see the item you want listed on this site, chances are excellent we can get exactly what you are looking for.

Can I open an account and be billed for this order?

Absolutely. Please email us with your contact information and request our one-page credit application which can be faxed or emailed to you. Please fax back to 1-866-246-9865.

What if I need to return an item?

Go to the tab marked "Account". There you will find a menu heading "Returns/Support". You may use this form to notify us of a return you wish to make.   A 15% restocking fee may be imposed on the return of index tabs.  Freight to be paid by the customer for returned items.
